What I worked on
  • Storefront implementation and third-party retention automation.
The challenge

Beyond building the storefront, review requests and loyalty communication had to fire at the right point after a purchase rather than immediately.

Implementation
  1. 01Storefront built from Figma/design concepts through to a fully functional Shopify theme.
  2. 02Okendo and Omnisend integrated for reviews and email automation.
  3. 03Review flow: purchase → delivery → 30-day wait → Omnisend review request.
  4. 04Loyalty flows for programme communication, points availability and points redemption.
  5. 05Custom email templates authored in Omnisend and tested successfully.
